Read each internet term with the contract item and source scope it describes.

Cancellation settlement

Minimum-speed condition
The product terms specifying the minimum-speed promise and measurement procedure relevant to a quality complaint.

How should a glossary term be matched to a contract?

Find the item, date and calculation basis in the applicable document.

A broad cancellation total and a service-discount return can have different scopes. Ask which items a quoted amount includes before combining it with another value.
